METAL ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING ・ EQUIPMENT & CUSTOMIZATION
We deliver the very machine
we run for our own contract manufacturing.
Considering bringing metal 3D printing in-house? We sell and install printers, starting with the HTL-150 — the precision SLM system we operate for our own contract manufacturing. From the scanner–control–software scanning solution to machine customization for your application, we support you end to end: startup, operation, and powder supply.

Relative density
With a 150 × 150 × 200 mm build volume, its 500 W continuous fiber laser is delivered through a QBH (F150) connector and F350 f-theta lens (focal length 420 mm), focused down to a 40 μm spot. From a minimum layer thickness of 30 μm, it stably builds fine features down to 0.1 mm wall thickness in a sealed, oxygen-controlled chamber (100 ppm O₂) at over 99.95 % relative density.
Our own contract manufacturing service runs on this same HTL-150 — so you can see actual build quality before you buy.

CORE TECH 01
High-Precision Galvanometer Scanner
Metal AM quality comes down to how accurately and quickly the laser can be steered. At the heart of the HTL-150 is a high-precision galvanometer scanner: a monolithic design with high thermal stability and strong dust and water protection ratings. An optimized drive circuit keeps tracking stable even at high scanning speeds — drift stays ≤0.1 mrad over 8 hours of continuous building.
| Aperture | 20 mm |
|---|---|
| Deflection angle | ±11° |
| Positioning repeatability | 8 μrad |
| Tracking time | <150 μs |
| 1 % step response | <410 μs |
| 8-hour continuous drift | ≤0.1 mrad |
| Mirror flatness / material | 1/4λ@633 / Si, SiC, QU |
| Weight / dimensions | 5.5 kg / 175 × 134 × 148.9 mm |
CORE TECH 02
Stable control with NCL2
Conventional scanners just move. With NCL2 control, our scanner reports its own status in real time: 27 items across four categories — communication, power, processing, and temperature — monitored continuously (control resolution 20-bit standard / 24-bit optional). Anomalies that used to go unseen are detected early, supporting stable builds.
4items
Communication
Links between the control card and XY/Z scanners
6items
Power
Positive/negative supplies per axis, motor AGC voltage
9items
Processing
Position error, oscillation amplitude, overall axis status
8items
Temperature
Safe / shutdown temperatures of scanner and driver boards
-
Visualize machine status
All 27 items in real time — identify the cause of trouble on the spot.
-
Raise yield
Optimize build strategy with status data via the dedicated software.
-
Catch issues before they stop you
Multi-parameter evaluation detects anomalies in advance, keeping the machine running longer and more stably.
* Control can also be extended to dual / quad-head configurations.
SCANNING SOLUTION
Complete Scanning Solution / Dedicated AM Software
High-precision galvanometer scanner + NCL2 control card + dedicated AM software, delivered as one scanning solution. It is the core of our customization capability — answering not with a standalone machine, but with the whole process.
The dedicated software unifies scan path planning, process parameter management, real-time monitoring, and reporting on a single screen. Data flows from STL to SLC to MLT; after slicing, one click automatically starts gas filling, heating, and the laser.
Design guidelines: minimum wall thickness 0.1 mm / minimum hole diameter 0.2 mm / SLC save precision 0.05–0.1 mm. Recommended powder size 15–53 μm (D50 30–40 μm).
CUSTOMIZATION
Machine customization for your application
From adjusting standard conditions to tailoring specifications for difficult geometries — we customize the machine from hardware to build process to fit your application.
- Laser selection / multi-laser configurations
- Spot size and build volume changes
- Powder recovery / recycling mechanisms
- Build parameter tuning
