SOLUTION
Automatic micro-part picking system combining an ultrasonic motor gripper with image processing technology. Solves three key challenges — sticking, misalignment, and invisibility — to transport ultra-small and irregular-shaped parts with high precision. Two cameras above the finger enable real-time monitoring and image recognition simultaneously.
Two cameras mounted directly above the finger. One for real-time top-down monitoring and individual part display; the other dedicated to image recognition for automatic shape, orientation, and front/back detection.
